I believe it was a God thing being drawn to the Village of Hope and sponsorship. I came across the VOH website while researching Uganda and it was the start of one of the most fulfilling things I have ever been involved in. I wanted to be a part of investing in the lives of these children. They are cared for, educated and fed both physically and spiritually at VOH. My children have a love and hunger for God's Word. They are being spiritually fed and I am so thankful for that. I don't get excited about much but when their letters come I'm like a kid on Christmas Day. Receiving their letters and pictures bring me such joy and happiness. My dream is to go to Uganda and see them with my own eyes and tell them that I love them face-to-face. I love my children and I am eager to see how the Lord will continue to work in their lives.
