Full-time Americans needed in Northern Uganda

Village of Hope Uganda is prayerfully seeking an American married couple or two single American women to serve full-time on the mission field in Northern Uganda. This unique and meaningful opportunity is for two people who love Jesus, love children, and love Africa.

As a vital liaison between our U.S. and Uganda teams, these roles will help strengthen the bridge between our donors, supporters, and the life-changing work happening daily with hundreds of orphans and widows.

These are not a directors’ roles—but a servant-hearted partnership with our Ugandan leadership team. The right people will joyfully come alongside, encourage, support, and collaborate, rather than direct. Your presence will be a blessing, not only to our staff, but to every child and widow in our care.

We’re looking for a two people who:

• Follow Jesus wholeheartedly and reflect His love in word and deed

• Have hearts for serving—to lift others up and foster unity

• Can communicate clearly and compassionately across cultures

• Have experience in financial oversight and are detail-oriented

• Have the gift of hospitality and can warmly welcome visiting teams and guests

• Enjoy encouraging others and building relationships

• For married couple: Have a strong marriage and a shared vision for mission work

• Bonus: experience with photography, social media, or marketing
